This stratospheric rise in performance is delivered by a comprehensive suite of upgraded components totalling more than £38,500. These come on top of a host of must-have factory upgrades costing a further £9,000 in addition to standard TTRS specification. Providing the 2.5-litre five-cylinder engine with the brunt of its muscular performance is a TTE-700 hybrid turbocharger complete with supporting modifications of a Wagner front-mounted intercooler, 980cc injectors, enlarged boost outlet pipe, 4in turbo inlet and APR motorsport carbon-fibre intake system.
This latter upgrade combines with the fully de-catted Milltek Sport exhaust system to not only release the maximum power potential of the motor, but also endow it with a suitably steroidal soundtrack to match.
Controlling this explosive potential is an APR Motorsport Stage 3 engine calibration with EMCS upgrade. This allows the user to switch between different engine maps allowing for varying engine parameters depending on the octane rating of the fuel.
